There are generally two problems causing breast enlargement in male. The first reason is developmental or overweight problems causing excessive fatty breast tissues. The second reason is gynecomastia.

Treatment of a fatty breast tissue in men is easily solved by liposuction; a half an hour lasting procedure under local anesthesia without hospital stays. 
Gynecomastia is often encountered in adolescence and defines the persistent growth of one or both breast tissues without regression. In some cases gynecomastia can also occur in older ages due to medications or weight changes. In the treatment of the 3rd grade gynecomastia vacuum suction and/or surgical removal techniques are available.
