Plastic and reconstructive surgery is a broad area of surgery working on problems caused by congenital reasons, accidents, or tumor surgery complications including all parts of the body. Explaining and discussing all these interventions will require the narration of volumes of books. Therefore, we intend to define here only the headings of our medical field. In case of necessity feel free to contact us for any question.

Congenital Anomalies
cleft lip/cleft palate, syndactyly (webbed fingers), polydactyly (extra fingers), trigger fingers, crooked fingers, absent thumb, short fingers and missing fingers, eye lid anomalies, facial development anomalies, chest anomalies.

Burns and Complications
Burn wounds, burn contractures, and scar and wound revisions.

Skin Tumors
Malign and benign tumors of the skin, nevi, sunlight induced tumor excisions and revisions. Tissue sliding and skin flap techniques are able to repair large areas of skin tissue.

Hand and Microsurgery
The most injured organ in home and workplace accidents is the hand. The hand has a very complex anatomy and is a very special organ including tendons, nerves and blood vessels to perform some certain movements. Using microsurgery techniques is a very important factor in achieving good results at hand traumas.

Lower Extremity Repair
Sometimes tissue loss repair due to diseases/incidences like trauma, diabetes, and vascular diseases is of vital importance. Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery is an important part of the team of departments working in such situations together.

Facial Trauma and Fractures
Especially in traffic accidents the victim will frequently encounter trauma to the soft tissues and bone structures of the face. Early diagnosis and treatment of these traumas is inevitable in achieving a good functional and aesthetic result. It is one of the requirements of modern medicine to complement tissue loss and to repair fractures using plates and screws.
